<description>I ran accross your blog looking for others who recently joined a meatless diet. I can say you have to excercise along with it to see quicker results. I am on day 27 and no meat. I love to cook therefore I had to think of ways to create my evening meals however I did not give up my 1hour a day gym time. So far with this diet I have lost a total of 9lbs after 4 weeks which is about 2lbs a week. I do drink beer maybe 2 on a weekend and 1 during the week and also chocolate lol.

Thanks for the blog Im looking for support here LOL
Keep in touch.
